Board of Censors assesses all membership applications for
eligibility before they are handed over to the Council for
its consideration.

can obtain the application forms from the Academy/JCST Secretariat Office. Alternatively, you can download and print them by clicking on the above links.
All
completed forms together with relevant certified true copies
of documents and non-refundable application fee of S$53.50 (with GST included) to be made payable to "Academy of Medicine, Singapore" must
be sent to:

All
persons admitted as Fellows or an Overseas Fellows of the
Academy shall sign the following pledge which shall be binding
upon them:
“I
hereby pledge myself as a condition of membership of the Academy
of Medicine, Singapore that I will practise Medicine and conduct
my life in strict accordance with the highest ideals of the
profession. I declare that I have read and agree to be bound
by the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Academy
and the regulations made by the Council, and also to be bound
by any amendments thereto. I declare that I will submit to
any penalties including expulsion from the Academy or its
Council for violation of any of the Memorandum and Articles
of Association of the Academy or the rules made by the Council
or of this pledge.”
